The Grand at 117 is a 117 year old building located in the historic district of downtown Rogers, Arkansas. The Grand offers 5,000 sq. feet of elegant event space on three floors with an open layout, along with 600 sq. feet of patio space.

elegant space we can accommodate just under 300 guests on three floors, along with
600 sq. feet of outside patio space.
You are welcome to hire outside event vendors such as caterers, DJs, florists, etc. for your celebration. A catering company with service is required for events over 50 guests.
The Grand has two full service bars available for your event. With our on premise beer, wine and liquor licensing, we can meet your alcohol needs from start to finish with cash or host bar options or a combination of both.
Below are weekend prices for The Grand venue rental. Saturday rental includes all floors. For Friday & Sunday venue rental, a minimum of the main floor must be rented.
