WEDDING MANAGEMENT PACKAGE:
Designed for the bride-to-be who has the desire (and the time) to do more of the planning, but needs someone to recommend vendors, double check all the logistics, and be on-site for both the rehearsal and wedding day.
THREE planning meetings to review plans, give advice, check logistics and develop full itinerary for the day.
Unlimited phone, email and text communications.
Referrals for wedding vendors tailored to your dream wedding and budget.
Review of vendor contracts.
Assistance with ideas and suggestions to help you stay within your budget.
Creation of a detailed diagram & layout of venue.
Detailed itinerary development sent to all involved in the wedding day.
Contact with all vendors prior to wedding day.
Assistance with setup of ceremony and reception sites including placement of favors, guest book, and other items you provide.
Day of point of contact for all vendors to check-in and ask questions, leaving you and your family available to enjoy your day.
Cake cutting.
Distribute day of payments and gratuities to vendors and their staff.
Emergency box with items most often forgotten.
Develop checklist for all items to be retrieved following reception by vendors.
Communicating with vendors and venue to ensure all rented items or items belonging to vendors are properly returned.
Attendance and coordination of wedding rehearsal (up to 1 hour).
Day of services for ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours).
This all inclusive option is priced at $1,800*
*Some circumstances may require a second day-of wedding assistant for an additional $550. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: ceremony & reception at two different locations, large wedding party, additional pre-ceremony setup and/or decoration needs, etc. This addition is at the sole discretion of Simplicity to require and will be communicated as soon as these details are known.
