Our studio space is a 1,030 sq.ft. space within our storefront that can be rented for anything you can imagine! Popular uses are yoga, fitness classes, dance, group meetings and gatherings, pop up shops, art and DIY classes, workshops, lectures, and more. Email us about our bridal & baby shower options! We would love to work with you on customizing your event in any way you can imagine. The following information is for general purposes, if you are interested in customizing your event feel free to reach out! Details about renting our space: - Rental Hours: 8AM-8PM Sun-Thurs and 8AM-9PM Fri & Sat. To inquire about booking outside of regular business hours, please email us. - 15 minute set-up time before and after your event is included in the hourly rate. If you need more time than that, please book accordingly. - A team member will be on site for the entirety of your event should you have questions or need assistance. - Refreshment bar/retail space/cafe seating will be up and running at least 30 minutes before and after your event. Cash and Credit are accepted at the refreshment bar. ---------Menus are seasonal and changing. If you would like to consider a beverage/catering option or having exclusive access to the entire building for a fully private event, please email us at *NOT DISPLAYED* and see our catering packages tab for pricing. - Use of Klipsch 'The One' speaker - Bluetooth or Aux available - Free Wi-Fi - Social Media promotion if desired (Please send us any links for ticketing, and any graphics. We will be happy to share and tag online as well as send to our email subscribers) - 6 Foot black tables and matching black chairs available for rental. Black tablecloths are available for rental upon request. - Our studio room has one wall full of mirrors, and one blank wall that can be used for a projector ( we do not provide a projector. ) - Overhead lights are on a dimmer for you to control - Hot and Cold water available in the studio room - Payment is due in full to reserve your date FAQ: 1.How many people does the rental room hold? We have a parking map on the website, and can send you a PDF upon request that you can send to guests or use in promotional material. There is on street parking as well as 2 parking lots near our storefront. 3. Do you provide yoga equipment? At this time we do not provide yoga equipment such as mats, bolsters, etc. 4. How soon can I book my event? We have a 1 week lead on booking, but feel free to reach out to see if we have availability for a last minute reservation! 4. Am I allowed to bring food and drinks? Outside food and drink must be from a licensed vendor. We offer beverage packages as well as food. Email us to set up a catering option.
