The Hippodrome Theater Venues
Our beautiful facility has been in operation for just over a year and is available for hosting events. Our facility includes a large banquet/ballroom that can accommodate different events. With the two air walls opened, the center is just under 6,000 square feet and also two smaller meeting rooms with just over 600 square feet of space each.
The Virginia Cliffe Inn rests on 6 acres surrounded by scenic gardens, a fountain, and a pond accompanied by our elegant swans! Outdoor events take place amongst the botanical grounds, 40'x50' permanent pavilion, 40'x40' tent, and Cottage. The venue provides ideal indoor or outdoor space for all types of special events such as rehearsal dinners, bridal or baby showers, anniversary celebrations and more!!
The RVA Event Space, is approximately 6,000 sf of space and holds up to 400 in the event space, with room for an additional 300 people with use of the outdoor patio. The converted warehouse is a flexible space and can be set up in banquet, reception, or theater style.
The space was once a part of a former cardboard manufacturing plant and warehouse, and was converted to an event space in (2003).
The maximum capacity to sit-down events at Plant Zero is 350 people. The maximum capacity for cocktail-style events is 400.
There is a parking lot at the entrance as well as street parking. Included with the basic space are tables and chairs. Add-ons that can be provided include staging, event lighting, audio, lecterns, curtains, video projection.
Dogs are allowed.
The Tin Pan is a music and events venue located in the West End of Richmond, VA near Regency Square Mall.
The venue features 220 seats, a private parking lot, 400 sq-ft stage, and top-of-the-line audio/visual capabilities.
The stage is perfect for presentations, speeches, and music. Our open-format layout allows us to easily move tables and chairs into a number of different configurations.
Class Act LLC is a mother daughter event business. We own a studio space that can be rented for small intimate events. Our location offers an intimate, one-of-a-kind venue in old towne Petersburg. A beautiful space that resembles a studio with exposed brick and tall ceilings, yet it also has a NYC loft atmosphere. This gem also has a small prepping space.

Father Val Hall is an Elegant, Wedding & Event Venue specializing in Wedding Ceremonies & Wedding Receptions, Quinceanera's and Special events.
The venue includes the reception hall plus a tastefully decorated living room which adjoins the reception hall. Also included in the rental is a large fully equipped kitchen and separate dressing rooms for the bride and groom.
The Reception Hall is attractively decorated with a cathedral ceiling, elegant chandeliers and built in 20 x 20 dance floor. The room is perfectly designed for 120 to 150 seated dining and 200 for standing reception.
The venue is part of the St. John Neumann Church complex and has its own entrance, reception hall, kitchen and meeting rooms. One does not have to belong to the church to rent the facility.
The outdoor ceremony site is conveniently situated to the banquet/reception hall & makes it easy for guests to enter the venue after the ceremony. The well landscaped terraced gardens, attractive stone pathway and gazebo create a peaceful, secluded setting to exchange your vows .
