The Venue at Regal Resort is a premier venue that is located on beautiful White Lake, NC. The Venue has over 8,000 square feet of entertainment space. The main section of The Venue has 6,000 sq. ft. The section called The Breezeway has 2,000 sq. ft. which is perfect for a Rehearsal Dinner or a small affair. The Venue also has a large Bride's dressing room. The restrooms are also large. There is a big industrial kitchen that has industrial appliances as well. We have a built in stage in the main venue that is great for bands or DJ's. The Venue has almost 200 feet of lake frontage with a 200 foot pier. There is a beautiful pergola located at the entrance to the pier where many weddings have taken place. The Venue can seat up to 350 guests. Tables and chairs are included in the rental of The Venue. At this time, we have a two day package for $1,650. The Sunsets are spectacular. Flexible floor plans with stage for speakers, and entertainers. Tables and chairs are included. Our prices are amazing. We give our venue for 15 hours (11am-2am). AIT Office Space consists of 21 rooms on the second floor, including men and women bathrooms, stairs, elevators, & break room with a set up of a fridge, table and chairs, and a sink. The rooms vary in size. One of our rooms for a classroom setting can seat 80 students or adults! It's a great space for schools and students!
