ORDERING & CHANGES Two weeks notice is recommended for catering orders. Two day notice is needed for boxed lunch. Orders with less notice may be subject to a surcharge. A 48 hour notice is needed for all changes in guest count or menu selection. MINIMUM There is a 50 guest minimum for events. Maximum of 300 guests. If you need servers, there is an additional fee of $75 per server. Minimum of 3 servers is required. Lunch boxes require a minimum order of 12 boxes. BEVERAGES A variety of sodas, bottled water, juice and ice are available at an additional charge. DISPOSABLES & CHAFING DISHES For buffet orders, a disposables package is available for $4.00 per guest. Package includes plates, forks, knives, napkins and tumblers. Chafing dishes for hot food deliveries are available for a rental fee of $30.00 each. TAXES, GRATUITY AND DELIVERY A 6% Pennsylvania sales tax will be applied to all orders. All orders in our delivery area are subject to a $30.00 delivery charge. Weekend delivery charge of $50.00 will be applied to each order in our delivery area. Delivery charges outside normal business hours may be higher. Delivery charges for outside our area is $75. A gratuity charge of 15% will be added to your bill. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation of orders must be received by 9:00AM two days prior to the date of the event. Please let us know of any dietary concerns and restrictions. We will try to accommodate you. Tastings done after deposit has been made with appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience.
