Our Event/Meeting Center is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The rental period is for a minimum of three hours & a maximum of fifteen hours on business day. Rental Fee: $99 per hour. 3 hour minimum Security deposit of $100 is required to hold your date for you and will be refunded to you after your event, if there is no damage found to the property and you did not violate any terms of the contract. The rental fee is due 1-2 weeks prior to the event. Complimentary Amenities Include: • Chairs and tables to comfortably seat up to 130 • Premium quality tablecloths in your choice of ivory or black • Top-tier sound system with mixer and two wireless microphones • Stage and stage lighting system • Hot/cold beverage station • Projector and screen upon request ($25 fee) • 10' x 10' Teak dance floor upon request ($75 fee)
