Unique, Chic & Modern, the Heaven Event Center is an event venue perfect for any occasion. Heaven is a contemporary 11,000 sq. ft. venue with a 2,000 sq. ft. patio surrounded by lake views. Our facility is draped in beautiful white sheers, equipped with state-of-the-art LED lighting, and adorned with white Italian leather couches.
The Heaven Event Center offers a unique setting and fun atmosphere for your special day. A blank canvas, our ceremony and reception space allows the personalities of each couple to shine through the details. The open floor plan is ideal for large receptions up to 350 guests or can be divided with white satin drapes for an intimate feel for smaller ceremony and receptions. With our VIP Rental, you are sure to be the only Bride in Heaven on your special day.
The Heaven Event Center offers custom packages based on your event needs and guest count. Please contact our event professionals for a detailed proposal on the venue space and enhancements to create a truly memorable event. The Client is required to make a 50% fee deposit within 10 days of signing a contract, or as otherwise stated on the Client quote or contract. The fee deposit received will be credited to the final invoice for the event. Client shall be required to make full and final payment of the contracted for fee payable to Heaven Event Center a no less than 14 business days prior to the event in the form of Cash, PayPal, Personal, or Company Check. Failure to make final payment in a timely fashion will result in the cancellation of the event.
If Client cancels or postpones the Event more than 120 days prior to the commencement date of the Event, the cancellation charge is equal to 10% of entire contracted for amount. If Client cancels or postpones the Event less than 121 days but more than 60 days prior to the Event, Client shall be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 25% of the entire contracted for amount. If Client cancels the Event less than 61 days but more than 30 days prior to the Event Client shall be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the entire contracted for amount. If Client cancels the Event less than 31 days but more than 72 hours prior to the event, Client shall be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 75% of the entire contracted for amount. Cancellations received 72 hours or less before the first day of the Event, will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the entire contracted for amount.

We would like to introduce you to Orlando's newest and most spectacular independent event center: Heaven.
Surrounded by lakes, illuminated fountains and waterfalls, Heaven provides a spectacular venue that will assure a memorable event. Your guests will be welcomed at a marble and granite lined lobby with a two story interior waterfall while music plays over the quadraphonic speaker system. You can choose your own professional caterer and event planner and have one flat fee for use of the facility that has 7,000 square feet of interior space and 2,000 square feet of exterior patio area for your guests to enjoy. Heaven's 500 square foot professional kitchen complete with stainless steel refrigerators, warming ovens, three basin sink and prep tables is a caterer's dream. There is ample parking for 450 cars and you will be situated in a conveniently located but private facility. We are only one mile from the Orlando Convention Center and I-Drive Hotels and just off the intersections of John Young Parkway/Sand Lake Road and Orange Blossom Trail/Sand Lake Road. Access to I-4 and the Florida Turnpike are just a few short blocks away.
