Abigail Kirsch is one of the best catering companies in New York City, and that is why I was recommended them by a friend. Well, they certainly were not wrong. From the first minute their professionalism was immaculate. They would give us a taste of every dish that we could possibly choose from, and all was done in a very pleasant and stress-free environment. Then, once the menu was selected they emailed us a copy to ensure they had got it right. At the actual wedding day, they arrived early and had set everything up before I could even ask them. From the chicken tenders to the salmon main course to their delightful salads, everything was perfect. The dishes were made with perfect artistry and they also tasted wonderful. I had wanted a caterer that could deliver style and taste, and that is exactly what I got. All the guests were very impressed and so many women were lining up to ask me where I had managed to get these caterers from. After all, it is not everyday you see such perfect food at a wedding. They are quite pricey, but I guess you have to pay more to get quality. There is no way you can expect such elegant dishes and not have it be expensive. But they are definitely worth the extra money.
