A 2020 wedding rental is $7,500 which includes: • Private use of the campus from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon • Our beautiful ADA accessible Studio with professional sound and lighting systems • On-site lodging for 16 people • The Farmhouse with a professional catering kitchen and resident’s kitchen • Porch which can hold 25 people seated rain or shine (great for rehearsal dinners) • On-site parking for 50 cars • Upper and lower fields • Organic vegetable and flower garden • Two camp fire areas and wood • 75 wooden chairs and 6 large tables • Use of our trash and recycling dumpsters • Consultation on vendors, time-lines and other wedding prep Our studio holds 140 people seated for a ceremony with a reception tent (not supplied by MTA) on our lower field. Wedding receptions of 80 people or less can go in our studio by putting in our protective floor which is supplied by MTA. A private cabin is located at the top of the campus that may be added for $250/night plus a $75 cleaning fee. There is a 2 night minimum with the cabin rental. You may rent for extra days before or after your wedding. Mount Tremper Arts does not rent the cabin out to anyone not affiliated with your wedding. Additional nights of the lower campus may be added to the rental for $1,000/night. Want to do a Friday night event for your entire guest count? No problem. Friday night events for 30 or under are included in the package. Friday events for 30 - 140 guests are an additional $300. MTA can take care of your trash removal for the entire weekend for an additional $400. Or you can organize the labor to get it to our dumpsters yourself. Use of our dumpsters is included in the base package. Weekend Coordination from Mount Tremper Arts is now available. Ask about our new coordination package. General liability event insurance is required.
