The Mezzanine at Teca is the space for hosting private events such as Rehearsal Dinners, Business Groups, Cocktail Parties and events of all kinds. This space can accommodate up to 200 persons.

The Victorian Banquet Hall will serve as Germantown's newest and premier Venue for Upscale Weddings, Baby Showers, Adult Affairs, and More. The venue will under go extensive cosmetic renovations, but its natural beauty in its current state speaks for it's self. During April 2017 we will start and complete our cosmetic renovations. Arts Ballroom is Philadelphia's premiere special events venue located directly off the Avenue of the Arts, where cultural sophistication and diversity meet the richness of tradition and history. Positioned on the ground level of the Arts Condominium, this 1920s Art Deco inspired building was the former site of the Hotel Sylvania.
