When you hear about Wheatberries Bakery, catering is not the first thing that comes to mind, most people will think of having their wedding cake done there, or going to get some freshly baked bread. However, I have seen and tasted the work that comes from this bakery more times than I can count. The food is amazing, and there is nothing that I have not liked, the owner is so knowledgeable about food and the way that flavors interact with each other. The presentation is beautiful; he does amazing work with the way that he garnishes the foods! Since they are a bakery, they make their breads. This is a family run business which is nice because you can tell that they really care about what you want, and what you expect for your event. Just because they specialize in baked goods, does not mean that they cannot make other foods. I honestly love this company and think that it is a great company to have in our community. Some of the things that I recommend are the wings and pulled pork sandwiches. My work has them cater our tailgating parties and we love his food and look forward to each of the football games each Saturday. When I need to book catering for an event, this is the company that I would choose, hands down there is not anybody that would do a better job.
