DoubleTree: Banyan Board Room - An Eventective User from Miami, Fl

As a Mary Kay representative me and a group of other representatives utilized the Banyan Board room at the DoubleTree for our meeting. Which actually wasn't a meeting at all it was a chance for us to show others our products and allow them to get involved as well. The great thing about the DoubleTree is that you can have them set up the room for any event you may have. Also when booking DoubleTree works with you to ensure your event goes as plan, this includes seating arrangements. We decided to go with the classroom setting which holds about 25-30 people and this was the smallest room available!!! Talk about beneficial!! This way all the guest would be able to see the hosts and allow those who were trying to learn to give input appropriately. As the meeting progressed we were able to receive water and light refreshments for our guests through the hotel which was excellent. Although the Banyan is the smallest room we were able to move around and apply make up to our guests effectively. You may ask for a white board or any other technical support you may need for your conference or meeting. We utilized power-points, videos and laser pointers so that everyone could see what was being offered. If we had any concerns the staff there was more than willing to help. The cool thing about utilizing DoubleTree was that you can get group discounts if there is a group flying in for the meeting. We thought this was awesome and wouldn't mind booking a conference room with them again.
