In 2013 my stepdaughter came to me with a request. She asked me if I would act as the officiant at her upcoming wedding. I was deeply touched and set out to see what I had to do to make her wish a reality.
I became an ordained minister and learned the details of the legal process just for her. To my surprise, I loved the experience. To my even bigger surprise, I received many compliments that day... and a request to do another wedding.
One thing led to another and here I am five years later. I'm comfortable doing anything from the traditional Book of Common Prayer service to Handfastings. I try very hard to craft ceremonies that reflect the personalities of my clients.
