Our outdoor weddings and events venue is surrounded by a 10ft privacy wall, lined with beautiful fruit tree and blanketed with lush green grass. Complete with men's and women's accessible commercial restrooms. When booking the outdoor venue, the indoor venue is included with all its amenities. If your planning a wedding, couples can have an intimate rehearsal dinner catered to the indoor venue one night, there wedding at the onsite outdoor venue the next day and then enjoy the beautiful B&B as their honeymoon suite. This is an awesome venue for family reunions, corporate promotional events and much more! The B&B and Indoor Events Venue offers a full kitchen supplied with coffee, assorted teas, condiments and coffee cups. The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes, silverware, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Crock-pot, hand mixer and more. Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher and front load washer and dryer. The dinning area has large meeting/dinning table that expands to seat up to 10 comfortably with additional seating throughout the space. The 1800 sq.ft great room has ample seating throughout, 54 inch cable TV with Infinity sound and super fast WiFi. There are (2) master suites both with cable TV, one with a jetted tub and the other with a large walk-in shower. There is also a powder room off the common area for a total of (3) bathrooms with accessible features like safety bars and wide doorways. The 700 sq.ft patio overlooks the Rock River has additional seating, a hammock and a propane grill. There is limited covered parking on site at the entrance of the building. This is a perfect space for micro weddings, Showers or visiting executives who need a beautiful inclusive place to stay while conducting business, entertaining clients or guests with the plenty of space for out of town guests.
