How do I reserve? By reviewing and agreeing to our venue agreement and providing the deposit. What is the accepted method of payment for deposits and balances? We will issue an invoice and payment can be in a form a bank or certified check or through Visa, MasterCard. When is the balance payment due? Remaining balances are due on the day of the event, prior to the event. What is your cancellation policy? All cancellation notices need to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org Cancellation notices received less that 24 hours after booking will be refunded 100% Cancellation notices received 5 days or less prior to the event date will not be issued any refund. Cancellation notices received 6 to 10 days prior to event date, will be refunded 50% of the deposit. Cancellation notices received 10 days or more of the event date, will be refunded 100% of the deposit.
