Chairs are available up to 50 people. Set-up time should be booked/scheduled. A 900 sq. ft. DANCE FLOOR (sprung wood floor). Large enough to set up tables and keep kitchen/common area separate. Kitchen can be blocked off. Beautiful city view with windows that run for nearly a hundred feet. Street or lot parking - $6 all day in lot, $3/hour for meters, street free on Sundays.
