Our full service banquet hall is available for rent. The banquet room is 1900 Sq. ft (38' x 50') and the meeting room is 500 Sq. ft (18' x 28'). Maximum seating capacity is 200. Wedding parties up to 150 can be accommodated.
Included with the hall rental is the use of a small meeting room and complete use of the kitchen. Small groups of 25 or less can rent the meeting room, again with kitchen included. Our bright clean kitchen, updated in early 2016 has 2 preparation tables, a commercial gas range with oven and griddle, two refrigerators, three sinks, and plenty of counter space.
There is a city park across the street from the hall which has a gazebo on the river that is perfect for an outdoor wedding. Permission from the city is required to use the gazebo.

The Parkside Estate is an elegant and sophisticated event venue located within Bay City’s Historic Center Avenue Neighborhood District. Originally built in 1930 by The See Family, this home remains intact with all of its polished, stately and original 1930 charm. The lovingly restored Ohio Brick Mansion is sited on over an acre of lushly landscaped, park-like grounds. Stunning plantings and oceans of lush green lawn are enhanced by specimen trees and flowers.
The site can easily host up to 200 guests and is available for weddings, bridal showers, anniversary events, birthday extravaganzas and photo shoots. Pricing is customized and varied depending on the needs of the client. Please note that this typical minimum charge for the venue is $5,000.00. This property is only rentable 6 times per season, summer, spring and fall only. We unfortunately can not hold parties or events for less than the typical base rental fee.
The Parkside Estate requires the use of specific vendors who are familiar with the property. Although the property is mainly intended for outdoor events, provisions are easily made for bridal and groom areas pre and post event.
