A great place, An Eventective User from Orinda, CA

I just love Color me Mine. Its so perfect for anything, from kids birthday parties to Business meetings. But before I get ahead of myself, let me explain what Color Me Mine actually is. It is sorta like a pottery place, accept you don't make the pottery, you paint it. So I drive my car down to Walnut Creek, and then right in the middle of Broadway plaza (excellent location, plenty of things to do there) is a little place called Color Me Mine. Although I think they changed their name to Fire in the Kiln. So I park my car right outside of the store in the personal parking lot and I go in. It is a little crowded, now that I think about it. But there are plenty of tables. So I pay the studio fee and then I sit down and they told me I can choose anything from a part of their whole selection, since the studio fee I bought included one medium sized item. Since I was making a Mothers Day gift, I chose a plate. Classic. Then I walk over to where their paints are and I choose from a HUGE selection which five colors I can fill my pallet with. You can always come back for more. So then I get started with my plate. When I was done, a friendly staff member told me the instructions about the kiln and told me to come back in a week, since they had to glaze it and all the fun stuff. I came back in a week like they said, and took my master piece. This place is really the best place for parties, I remember I had one there for my 4 year old child and she said it was the best party in the world. Its actually not that bad for business either, because once I invited some employees to just relax and have a good time, and color me mine gave 10% back! Woo Hoo!

Studio 333 was voted best venue in the bay area to host an event. We are a full service event gallery that has over 4,000 sq. ft. of event space. Gallery rental includes: indoor and outdoor event space, dance floor, pool table, lounge rooms, tables/chairs, bar, coolers, full kitchen, garden courtyard and large monitor with projector. We also offer in house catering, DJ and a professional photographer available at reasonable rates. You are welcome to bring in your own catering, photographer and band. Clients have also hired "Food Trucks" in the past to set up in the garden area. The gallery can seat 130 guests for a sit down dinner and over 200 people for a buffet style dinner or cocktail party.
