Located on the first floor of Potter Center, the newly remodeled Robert Snyder Dining Commons is an excellent facility for wedding receptions, banquets and other special events. Most events range from 200 to 275 individuals. The maximum capacity is 360. This allows for an area for dancing and a band or DJ. The Potter Center Patio may be reserved for an additional cost. Food service arrangements must be made through the catering service on campus, Continental Catering. The Bert Walker Community Rooms are the ideal place for your next corporate or special event. The newly remodeled building offers an excellent space to host events that include banquets, conferences, training, etc. The Community Rooms have the capability of being subdivided from two separate rooms into one large room and can accommodate all of your event requirements: Banquet style seating, with tables and chairs, for up to 176 people 250 person theater style meeting room or two 125 – 150 person theater style meeting rooms Soundproof wall used to separate rooms Technology such as microphones, projection capabilities, WIFI, etc.
