Omni hotel and resort - An Eventective User from Dallas, TX

It is an absolutely stunning location. All of our guests were amazed at how beautiful everything was. We adored the staff during our stay there as they were extremely helpful and accommodating in every aspect. I really feel like we rented the entire hotel and staff for our wedding, rather than a feeling of "we are just the wedding party at this hotel". Hopefully that makes sense. We made the Omni our wedding destination because it had been recommended from a friend and since we hadn't found a location yet we were worried they wouldn't be able to help us with such short notice. However, they were amazing in every regard. The staff is genuine and shows they actually care about how smooth everything is run. We had a guest list of about 200 people and they offered big discounts to all of the guests that made reservations even though it was a holiday weekend. We had a slight problem with the amount of cars being parked as they were running out of room but the concierge and wedding planner came to an agreement to hire an outside valet service to handle the overflow of cars. This was done completely without our knowledge AND more importantly at no extra charge to us. I was blown away when I heard about this. I can completely put my faith in the Omni for providing a superior wedding at a fair price and will continue to recommend this venue to anyone that is getting married in the Dallas area.
