The hotel is very elegant and well run. Our organization is over 300people. We have used this location for our Christmas party for the past three years. The staff is always very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. We begin planning our Christmas party in March every year. The Hilton always assigns us a planner to work with throughout the year. We have always had such a positive experience that we continue to use this facility every year. The food is excellent and the service is superb. The meeting rooms at this Hilton location are very spacious and tastefully decorated. The facilities have always been perfect for our group of 300 plus people.

Believe it or not the hilton hotel turned out to be one of the best event venue places that i have ever been to. Just with in the last year my company held its first company anniversary party for being a company for ten years. We chose the hilton hotel located in Indianapolis Indiana, because according to my boss, they were very nice and acommodating when the call was mad for the reservation. Once i found out that the party was being held at the hilton i went online just to get a good look at their facilty. I was very impressed by what i saw. Since i am on the company planning committee, i was responsible for informing all of the employee's of the party and its location. I had to call the hilton a couple of times for some of the information that i did not have, such as the time and acomodations. When i called for that information i was impressed to find out that not only are the customer services representatives very nice, but they also agreed to give us a big dicount on our buffet, which was not included in our first package, and the included that for us for free, sinc we had so many people coming for the event. They also offered us a special discount for those who wanted to stay at the hotel once the event was over, and that was good. Overall once the party came and ended, i, along with everyone in attendance was impressed by the overyall layout of the hotel, and the acomodations that we all received. The food was good, the space was nice, and the price could not have been better. I highly recommend this hotel for your party, wedding, or any event needs that you may have in the future, because you will be satisfied with the service and the price provided.
