All Packages include: • A customized event strategy and timeline • A comprehensive Budget Plan • A list of event venue recommendations based on your budget, style and guest list • A list of preferred vendor recommendations based on venue, budget, style, and personality Full Event Planning : Pricing Various • Event Styling: One of our designers will assist you with the overall design and theme of your event. Interactive mock design concepts with you to coordinate a design you are confi dent with. • Contract Review: We will review all contracts and hidden fees so no surprises occur • Stationary Coordination: We will provide Stationary/Paper Products vendors for your budget and style. • Transportation Coordination: We work with our transportation experts or work with those you have already selected • Swag Bags/Welcome Bags/Favors Coordination: We will assist with the collection of the items for bags. We will also assist with design concepts for favors or bags. • Hotel Accommodations: We will work with our hotel contacts or use your recommendations. • Sponsorship Coordination: We will assist with the packet creation. We will also send out to our sponsor partners for collaboration if your event goals align with our partnered sponsors.
