Taboo Nightclub located at 1739 Grafton Street, Halifax is a large venue with four full service bars and can accommodate up to 400 people. This includes our featured “Chandelier Room” for private events. The Chandelier Room can host 100 guests with a full service bar, DJ booth and full A/V production for presentations. For a smaller intimate experience you can enjoy an evening with top-level service at your own private VIP tables, complete with a dedicated host or hostess.
We offer a reception menu with several platters, and passed hot and cold canapés to offer your guests. Our experienced and talented bartenders are ready to create your signature cocktail or perfect the classic favorites. Our resident DJ’s are available to you, to set the mood for your evening or you are welcome to bring entertainment of your own!
