Located in the heart of Grand Junction, the University Center is an awe-inspiring venue. Our newly constructed facility provides formal banquet seating for 500 in our 8,500 square foot ballroom that opens out to an atrium and patio overlooking the spectacular Uncompahgre Plateau. It has 6 meeting rooms and a ballroom available for your meeting, conference or entertainment event. The 8,500 square foot room can be divided into 3 sections; South Ballroom, East Ballroom and West Ballroom. The South Ballroom opens to a Lounge, adjacent to the outdoor Terrace. there is a partition wall that can open to the south atrium and 2nd floor terrace. The Ballroom and all meeting rooms are equipped with LCD projectors and screens.
Our culinary team is available to assist you with planning every aspect of your event. They have designed a variety of menus to fit a wide range of tastes and budgets, including regional ingredients, college favorites, and specialty items.
The University Center has 6 meeting rooms and a ballroom available for your meeting, conference or entertainment event. The information provided here are estimated capacity numbers without additional services such as stages, sound equipment, and catering equipment.
All meeting rooms are equipped with a PC, LCD projector and Screen. All meeting rooms have the ability to project with VGA or HDMI. Largest meeting room can accommodate up to 100 guests theater style.

The Ballroom in the University Center can be reserved for a variety of events. The 8,500 square foot room can be divided in half or into 3 sections -- one of the halves divides in half. There is a partition wall that can opens to the Lounge and second floor terrace. Each section of the ballroom is equipped with an LCD projector and screen. The rooms also offer wired and wireless microphones, VGA and HDMI inputs as well as much more.
