I was an event coordinator for a large company that was coming into Gainesville for business. They held sales meetings every morning before work and were requiring a rather larger meeting room to hold their meetings in. I sent out a request to all the area hotels. When I received the response from The Paramount, I was immediately impressed with the rate bid, as well as, all the information about the property and area that they submitted with it. After further review my client selected The Paramount. I began negotiating and making all the final arrangements for my client. I found the sales manager to be very informative, helpful, and patient as we ironed out all the last minute details. Upon arrival my clients were presented with fruit baskets in all of their rooms, as well as a complimentary breakfast was offered every morning in the meeting room. They never experienced any problems with the set-up of the room. It was ready and waiting for them each morning. My client was also very impressed with the view of the lake from his hotel room. I arrived at the hotel several days after my client and was also very impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, and beautiful view. I have since used this Hotel for several other important clients. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks to them, that same client has now been with my company for over 5 years. That was the first time I had worked for that client and with that hotel. It was a wonderful and successful experience.
