Block One Events is a modern event space in a mixed-use building, located in Old Town Fort Collins on the Poudre River. Block One is perfect for contemporary and modern weddings, industrial chic events, receptions, holiday parties, corporate events, celebration of life, memorial services, theater productions, banquets, seminars, parties, conventions, proms, fundraisers, non-profits, meetings, networking events, birthdays and any other party you can dream up. Our outdoor patios and ceremony terrace overlooking the river make for stunning photos! The unique location nestled on the north side of downtown along the river, allows for flexibility and creativity. Beautiful views of the city and river, the natural light and open floor plan makes for endless photography possibilities. The simplicity of polished concrete flooring, a monochromatic color scheme and industrial fixtures, assists our clients to create their dream event. All audio and visual equipment is included, as well as tables, chairs, wireless internet, and more. We held our baby shower bash at Block One and had a great time! So easy to use, Leah is a saint and super helpful. The venue had everything that we needed, space, light, tables, chairs etc...will definitely be using it again!

I have worked with Leah at block one more than once and she is wonderful! The space is open and airy and has great AV options built in. Leah event scheduled the quarterly window cleaning so the windows would be clean for a wedding I planned there.

Perfect Reception Venue! - An Eventective User from Fort Collins, CO

This venue has everything to throw a stress free reception. It has a wireless sound system, tables and chairs are provided, a projector, pipe and drape and dividers. They also give you access to the janitorial closet so you don't have to bring your own trash bags, broom etc. It was perfect for bringing in our own decorations/centerpieces because it's a blank slate and you don't have to worry about clashing. They also have string lights hung up inside which was magical at night once it got dark. Another added bonus was we were able to bring in our own food and drinks for a buffet style dinner. Leah Dunn, the manager, was great to work with. She was always prompt with communication, gave us the whole rundown of the venue and was just a really nice person to interact with!

Beautiful venue for less than 200 people - An Eventective User from LOVELAND, CO

This little gem has all a person needs to host a venue with a patio area with a small river nearby. There are multiple photo opportunities. It has a wireless sound system, small area for a private bar serving area, sound system, tables, and chairs. The management team was responsive and attentive.
