About The Balcony
The Balcony is one of the most beautiful venues in the heart of downtown Fairhope, AL. It seats 60 comfortably for dinner and 110 for mix and mingle. We can accommodate intimate wedding ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons, baby showers, birthday parties and so much more. We are in a great location to stand on the balcony and watch the parades go right by while you hang out with all your friends. With our state-of-the-art sound system and flat screen monitor, you can play your slide shows, Pandora, and more. Prep kitchen is available for your caterers and bartenders to utilize. This venue is truly unique and desirable.

We had my daughter's wedding at the Balcony on December 9, 2023. It was absolutely beautiful! Tammy was the most amazing assistant. We wanted for nothing! Jenna is super easy to work with and that made it so easy for us. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue for a small wedding for sure!

We held our daughter’s college scholarship signing here and could not have been more pleased. Plenty of room but has a very intimate feeling. It’s a Beautiful space that is impeccably decorated! Josh and Jenna are wonderful hosts and the location is certainly one of the best in Fairhope! You cannot go wrong using The Balcony for your event!!
