You must hire and use a licensed and insured third party server of alcoholic beverages, at your sole cost and expense. If you are using a caterer, they can help you with this. If not, we highly recommend using the Wait Staff Team (see below). The can really make your event a big success, PLUS YOU SAVE $400! If you use someone else, you’ll need to have severer present valid OLCC servers license with insurance 31 days before event, so we can get it to our parent body.
