Canceling an Event Request
Canceling Your Event Request
You can cancel an event in the 'My Events' window.
To cancel an event request:
Sign in at www.eventective.com and navigate to 'My Eventective' from the Welcome menu at the top right.
Choose the 'Edit my event' button beneath your event name.
Select 'Cancel This Event' at the bottom left corner of the pop-up.
Confirm that you wish to cancel and the event is cancelled.
Be aware that Event Professionals who have already received your event information from Eventective may continue to contact you outside our system. Please respond politely to each regarding your decision to no longer pursue their services.
