Where can I see my Messages?

Where can I see my Messages?

To display your Inbox containing all active communications from Eventective users:

  1. Sign in at www.eventective.com, and navigate to 'My Eventective' from the Welcome menu at the top right.
  2. Select 'Messages' from the top menu.

To switch to the Inbox from Leads or Referrals:

  1. Mobile: Expand the Lead Menu with the menu icon  at the left and choose 'Inbox' under the Event Manager.  Desktop: Simply choose Inbox under the Event Manager menu at the left.
  2. If you have more than one listing, you can filter your inbox to show messages for one or All Listings.
  3. You can also search your inbox by Lead ID, Event Date, Name, or Email with the Search Box at the top.

Messages are displayed in priority order, with the most recent activity at the top. Unread messages are in bold, previously viewed messages are not bold.
