How do I respond to a request through Eventective?

How do I respond to a request through Eventective?

  1. Click the 'Messages' menu option at the top of the page. 
  2. Select a request from your Inbox and compose your reply in the response text box.  Add any attachments you think will be of interest to the client.
  3. Click the Reply button.

It's that easy! Your message will be sent to the client in an email from Eventective, as well as get posted to their Events page.  You will receive a notification from Eventective when they respond, and you can view the exchange in your Event Timeline.  The client will have a similar record of your communications in their dashboard.

Additionally, we have some great tools to make consistent communication even easier, like the message templates which include template variables to automatically customize each response.
