Can I add notes to the Timeline?
The Notes feature allows you to add free-form notes to the Event Timeline.
Provide additional details from a phone call or email activity, or record a meeting. Any information you want to capture that the Timeline does not already track automatically can be captured with the Notes functionality.
Just click on the 'Add a Note' link in the Event Header and add your note text. It will be saved in your TImeline for future reference.
