What is the click-to-call feature?

Keep track of each time you reach out to a potential client using the Event Timeline click-to-call feature.  On your mobile device simply tap the client phone number in the Event Header and connect with them immediately. 

The call activity is recorded in the Event Timeline so you can keep track of when you called.

Click-to-call also works with desktops and laptops that have integrated calling capabilities.  However, if your computer is not capable of making calls, you still can track calls in the Event Timeline simply by clicking on the telephone number when you reach out. 

Keeping a complete record of your contact attempts can help identify which sales techniques are effective for you.
