Where do I view Referrals?

Where do I view my Referrals?

To access any of your Free Referrals, simply click on the 'View Contact' button in the Referral email to view the planner contact information.

To view your Referrals online:

  1. Sign in at www.eventective.com, and navigate to 'My Eventective' from the Welcome menu at the top right.
  2. Select 'Referrals' from the top menu.
  3. Alternatively, click the Listing Options button to display the options menu. Then on Desktop: Click 'Referrals' in the Options menu on the left; Mobile: Select 'Referrals' from the menu above your listing name.
  4. If you have more than one listing, you can filter your inbox to show messages for one or All Listings.
  5. You can also search your inbox by Lead ID, Event Date, Name, or Email with the Search Box at the top.

Referrals are displayed in priority order.  Referrals with the most recent activity are at the top. Unread referrals are in bold, previously viewed referrals are not bold.
