I have money in my pre-paid account, why is my credit balance zero?

I have money in my pre-paid account, why is my credit balance zero?

Pre-paid credit accounts with no activity for 180 consecutive days will automatically expire to protect the funds.  If there are no lead purchases, no account balance updates, and no refund requests in 180 consecutive days on an account with a credit balance, the account balance is set to zero and the account is expired.

Reinstate your expired balance at any time.

  1. Sign in at www.eventective.com and navigate to 'My Eventective' from the Welcome menu at the top right.
  2. Click the 'Leads' menu option at the top of the page, or the 'View Leads' link to the right of your listing.
  3. At the top left of the page, under 'Account Balance', select the 'View your Account History' link.
  4. Your current Credit Balance is displayed at the top left of the page.
  5. Click or tap the current Credit Balance and choose 'Account History'
  6. This displays the 'Account Balance/Refund History' page.
  7. Click or Tap the 'Reinstate' button to the right of the expired balance to reinstate the credit.

Any reinstated credit will appear in your account balance and may be used to buy leads immediately.
