Why can I not access my pre-paid credit balance?

When purchasing a lead from your email, the system will ask for payment details if you are not signed in to your Eventective account.  You must be signed in to your account to purchase leads with your pre-paid credit. 

  1. Sign in at www.eventective.com and navigate to 'My Eventective' from the Welcome menu at the top right.
  2. Click the 'Leads' menu option at the top of the page, or the 'View Leads' link to the right of your listing to access your leads.
