Named after one of the most iconic owners in sports history, George M. Steinbrenner Field is Tampa’s premier special events facility and spring home to the New York Yankees and low-A affiliate, the Tampa Tarpons. George M. Steinbrenner’s legacy in Tampa is as rich as his character was and his endless pursuit of excellence continues to be carried out by the Yankees organization today.

VENUE GMS FEATURES

PARKING

The HESS parking lot is located directly outside of the main entrance into George M. Steinbrenner Field. The lot can comfortably fit upwards of 500 cars, is well lit in the evening and has an easy drop off, pick up section for buses, Uber & Lyft.

CUSTOM CATERING

The Legends Hospitality team and Executive Chef are flexible in preparing set menus or custom catering packages to fit your event needs.

AV CAPABILITIES

Each of the 12 event spaces have TVs and audio capabilities. The venue offers high-definition televisions, surround sound, wire and wireless microphones, projectors, screens and a high-definition video board to accommodate for any AV needs.

SPACIOUS VENUE

Spanning over 60,000 square feet, George M. Steinbrenner Field is capable of holding almost any meeting or celebration. Our largest indoor room can hold upwards of 400 people in a reception style event.
