Wesley Yarbor is a career dancer for 48 years and a flexibility and strength coach for the last 20 years. This class is about regaining strength throughout your body to increase your balance, flexibility and to regain confidence in yourself.

Come enjoy this 4-class session with wonderful class with Wesley Yarbor! Mondays at 6:30-7:30, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29. and 2/5 at KEHLER LIDDELL GALLERY. $20 per class. $72 for the series if paid before 1/15. Bring your yoga/exercise mat!
