Camp Kawartha is an accredited, not-for-profit organization offering a broad range of innovative year-round outdoor and environmental programming. We also train educators, provide workshops on sustainability and we are working with our whole community to foster stewardship through every age and stage of a child’s development. Facility Rentals at Camp Kawartha
Are you planning a retreat, meeting, or nature-filled adventure in the coming months? Consider renting Camp Kawartha’s award-winning facilities for a weekend! We can welcome groups of 25 to 100 people between Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
Camp Kawartha provides a perfect spot to kick back, soak in the beauty of the natural environment, enjoy delicious meals cooked by our amazing kitchen staff, and bond with your colleagues or peers over a campfire!
With sustainable buildings, a beautiful waterfront, over 185 acres of forest and fields and 6 kilometers of nature trails, you’ll be delightfully refreshed and energized!

Outdoor Education Centre
Our Outdoor Centre on Clear Lake offers 60+ Curriculum-linked outdoor and environmental education programs including natural science, history, environmental arts, adventure, leadership and physical education. Outdoor Learning at your School

Environment Centre
Showcasing sustainable building practices and alternative energy, our Environment Centre in Peterborough offers curriculum-linked programs for grades K-12, nature programs for homeschoolers, and serves as a training ground for future teachers.
