Hotel was well-run and had good amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to St. Lawrence Market, Union Station, etc. Only request would be to have laundry machines on-site.

I travelled to Toronto for work. The room was as advertised, bed was comfortable and check in was quick. I would suggest that staff make sure customers are aware when booking that there is a charge for an early check in fee . When I booked the room I advised I would be arriving by 10:00 am Toronto time. I was told I could get early check in which I agreed to. I was not aware there was a $75 fee until I got there. I'm not concerned about the fee but was surprised when I was made aware. The hotel location was close to where I needed to go during the day. It was walking distance to a number of restaurants, pubs and a Pharmacy Store. Hotel room rate was very reasonable, the room was clean, bed was comfortable and the room was pretty modern. The make up mirror was broken as it would not stay up so I left a note in the morning advising the cleaning staff. When I returned the note was gone and the mirror was not fixed. I did see a employee of the hotel get into a shouting match with a Firefighter who was taking out a guest of the hotel. The employee was telling the firefighter that he needed to wait next time they came and the firefighter said that maybe the hotel should prioritize an unconscious guest before one checking in. The things I mentioned are minor so I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Close to union station great for arriving by go transit or via rail easy walk to hockey and baseball stadium good places to eat near by.
