Cozy Cove has nine unique cabins on beautiful Big Wood Lake. We provide fresh linens and towels, cookware, and utensils. Each cabin has cable TV. Our Maine sporting camps have everything you need for a fun, comfortable stay. Each cabin has a fire pit as well as our community firepit on the beach.
Our Location
Jackman Maine is nestled in the Northwest Mountains of Maine in the Moose River Valley. Follow the Old Canada Road Scenic Byway (US Route 201) 72 miles from Skowhegan.

We are Heidi and Travis Cutler, the new owners of Cozy Cove Cabins. We are so excited to be here and look forward to meeting everyone. Our goal is to provide the same great service that Tami and Steve did for all the years they ran Cozy Cove. We are native Mainers with a passion for the outdoors. We have nine cabins on the Shore of Big Wood Lake in Jackman Maine. We offer the feel of a traditional Maine sporting camp with all the comforts of home. Our rustic cabins can accommodate up to six guests. All cabins are priced per cabin, not per person.

Maine Outfitter Moose Tag
Maine created a program to help Maine Sporting Lodges reach a new market of clients for Maine hunting. Each year fully licensed Maine Sporting Camps (Outfitters) apply for a lottery and are issued a moose hunting tag. This tag can be sold by the Sporting Camp as part of a hunting package including meals and lodging. The tag is issued at a cost of $1,500 to eligible lodges and the proceeds are used to fund Moose research and youth hunter safety programs.
