The City of West Frankfort is currently accepting bids for downtown property at 222 East Main Pin #12-19-311-008 and 228 East Main Street Pin #12-19-311-012 in West Frankfort, IL.
Interested buyers must contact the City Clerk for bid minimum amounts, and to arrange for viewing of property. The properties listed are being sold “AS IS” with a Quit-Claim deed and the buyer assumes the 2023 taxes due 2024 and the pro-rated 2024 taxes due 2025. All bids of certain properties must be received by The City of West Frankfort at the Office of City Clerk, 605 West Main Street, West Frankfort, IL.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid, or portion thereof, which, in their opinion, is most advantageous to the City.
