The James Hotel: Perfection - An Eventective User from Atlanta, Georgia

I recently visited the James Hotel and it was nothing short of perfect. This hotel is great because you can tell that they put time and effort into everything they do. We only stayed here for two days but it was one of the best hotels that I have ever been to. The rooms were not like regular hotel rooms. They were kept clean and you could tell that they really went above and beyond the call of duty. I almost felt bad for messing up the way that they had arranged the beds. The entire hotel had this ambiance about it that you would have to visit to truly get a feeling of. It felt relaxing even though I was doing work. I was surprised at how friendly the concierge workers were. You could tell that they were not just doing their job. They seemed genuinely interested in how my day was going. I loved how they remembered my name throughout my stay there. I truly was satisfied to see that they included all my charges in the total. This saved me time from having to go back and total everything myself or pay for things separately. The James Hotel is a hotel that I would recommend to absolutely anyone who values great customer service. This hotel is second to none when it comes to making sure that the people who stay here are treated well. I could not find any problems with The James Hotel and it is somewhere I would love to go to again.

Best Chicago Meeting Cenue - An Eventective User from Wilkes-Barre, PA

I travel quite frequently for work and often find myself spending multiple days and nights per week in a hotel. I have had the opportunity to experience some very nice hotels and some hotels in need of serious improvements. I can honestly say, without a doubt, The James Hotel in downtown Chicago was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. I expect perfection in hotels and found it here. The hotel itself is a gorgeous building, adding to the city skyline. My bedroom was spacious and attended to on a daily basis. The meeting spaces were abundant and offered up-to-date technology. The hotel was easy to find and had ample parking. The food was excellent and while I was there for quite a few days, almost a week, there was no need to leave the hotel with all the amenities offered (the gym was by far my favorite as it was huge and had a variety of equipment). The meeting rooms were large and small, perfect for any size meeting. The furniture was extremely comfortable and the staff was willing to adjust the temperature as needed. Perhaps my favorite feature of the conference was the opportunity to meet inside or outside. While the weather was beautiful, the hotel has numerous areas outside perfect for gatherings. The grounds were perfectly kept and offered a unique experience for a meeting. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next meeting!
