Spacious Hall/Meeting Room available to host your party, meetings and seminars. (Handicap accessible) Whether it's a surprise birthday party, a bridal shower , church service, business seminar or anything in between, we have the perfect facility for your needs! Centrally located in Cherry Hill, we are convenient to Philadelphia, and just minutes from the NJ Turnpike (Exit 4), Interstate 295, and U.S. Routes 38, 70 and 73. Weekend Hall Rentals (Friday night - Sunday night) are $590 for 4 hours. Additional hours are billed at $125/hr. Weekday Hall Rentals are billed at an hourly rate of $125/hour. * Special pricing may be available depending on type of event/meeting and other circumstances.* What time slots are available for the weekend? Friday: . Evening Rental 7pm-11pm Saturday: Afternoon Rental 12pm-4pm Saturday: Evening Rental 7pm-11pm Sunday: You can choose any 4 hour period between the hours of 1:30pm and 10pm (eg; 1:30pm-5:30pm, 2pm-6pm, etc) * There is some flexibility on time slots * What time slots are available for weekday afternoons & evenings? ... We do offer shorter rental periods (2 or 3 hrs) during the weekdays. Hall is open 12 noon to at least 10pm. Exact hall rental times should be worked out with our Hall Rental manager. Does the Rental come with tables and chairs? Yes, the tables are rectangular in shape - 8ft x 3ft. There is enough for seating for 100, which is the Hall capacity. There is also additional tables, that people generally use for food/buffet set up, etc Does the Hall have kitchen facilities? Yes, there is a kitchen, with use of refrigeration and a stove where heating of prepared food may be warmed for serving.
