About The Metropolitan Event Centre

The Metropolitan Centre is located in downtown Canton, OH in the Arts District at 601 Cleveland Ave North. Our Centre can accommodate rehearsal dinners, indoor or outdoor weddings, receptions, and corporate events. Parking is accessible in our nearby lot and we do offer valet services at an additional cost. In addition to our historic ballroom we have Canton's only rooftop patio that seats one hundred sixty guests. It's the perfect location for an outdoor wedding in conjunction with your reception. The rooftop patio is included in our rental package and offers spectacular views of the Canton Arts District. We offer food options with Buehler’s Catering or Acme Catering. Both caterers offer multiple entree and appetizer options to meet your needs. Adult beverage service is available through the Metropolitan Centre with multiple options and pricing available. Sorority Semi-Formal - An Eventective User

This venue was a great place for our event! The staff was great during the planning process of this event, they were extremely flexible and worked with me so well. During the night of the event the staff worked so hard to make sure everything ran smoothly, including preparing the food, cleaning up throughout the event, being readily available for any needs that arose during the event. The venue itself was beautiful! Great space for an event like this with the stage, dance floor, set up. Food was amazing!

The ballroom is truly amazing and our food from TLIK did not disappoint. Had my wedding there on 3/23/2019. Staff was great, venue was great, food was great.. everyone was truly blown away! We had 180 total (160 adults, 20 kids) and it was about as snug as I would have liked however they did say it can accommodate more!
