The flexible space found in our comfortable Community Rooms is ideal for church services, reunions, wedding receptions, homeowner's association meetings and birthday celebrations. Feature an adjacent kitchen equipped with warming oven, refrigerator, microwave, icemaker and sink. Book your event early; the first party to reserve the Half Community Room gets use of the kitchen. SMALL PAVILIONS - Resident Rate: $35/hour (2 hour minimum); Non-Resident Rate: $45/hour (2 hour minimum). LARGE PAVILION - Resident Rate: $60/hour (2 hour minimum); Non-Resident Rate: $90/hour (2 hour minimum). Rates shown are hourly, (two hour minimum required) and include a facility attendant. Events may require public safety officers, athletic field lighting and damage deposits for an additional fee. Rates are subject to change; please verify current rates with facility staff. We offer a beautiful venue along with crystal chiavari chairs, and round and rectangular tables. Having your own preferred vendors is allowed, and bringing your own alcohol is too.
