This space was originally built in 1925 as a warehouse used to repackage damaged goods from freight ships. This space can be used for a variety of events including weddings, family events, film production, corporate events, expositions, marketing events, photo shoots, etc. Our space also features an additional 6,000 square feet of outdoor space for events, parking, and deliveries. ** Please be sure to include time for your vendors to both setup and breakdown your event. Most events will need to rent the space for 12-hours in order to ensure enough time for adequate setup. ** The space has a flat rate for a 12 hour day. Monday-Thursday: $5,500 Friday/Sunday: $6,500 Saturday: $7,500
