All packages include the following:
• 4 hours of rental with 1-hour setup and 1-hour cleanup (6 hours total)
• Staff
• Use of our tables & chairs
• Ability to bring in a caterer (from our approved caterers list)
• Ability to bring in a band (contingent upon approval of the museum)
• Ability to use Audio-Visual equipment (available in the Community Meeting Room only)
• Gallery access (no food or drinks allowed within the gallery spaces)
What's not included:
• Food & cost of alcohol. (A list of approved caterers can be provided)
• Serving ware, plates, utensils, napkins, glassware
• Decorations
• Dancefloor
• Linens
Private parties for 40 guests or less = $1600 base flat-rate:
Add a full bar for $150 (includes bartender, excludes cost of alcohol).
Longer events are available for an additional $400/hour.
Private parties for 41-80 guests = $2000 base flat-rate:
Add $150 for each full bar (includes bartender, excludes cost of alcohol).
Longer events are available for an additional $400/hour.
Private parties for 81-125 guests = $2500 base flat-rate:
Add bar services for $300 (includes 2 bars and bartenders; excludes cost of alcohol).
Longer events are available for an additional $400/hour.
Private parties for more than 125 guests = by inquiry only
Non-profits are offered a discount of 20% off of the base rental fee.
