For your wedding reception, we would utilize our Ballrooms on the 3rd floor
Package includes:
• Room for Rehearsal Dinner for up to 80 people
• Room for Brunch, the day after the wedding for up to 80 people
• Tables – guest tables and others (gift, guestbook, cake, DJ, etc…) our tables are 60’ (8 per table)
• Chairs
• Linens (white or black)
• Napkins (white or black) ~Additional Colors and sizes available in linens and napkins for an upcharge~
• Flatware, Glassware, Silverware
• Centerpieces (hurricane lamp, mirror, white pillar candle, and tea lights with votive holders) – if desired
• Dance Floor
• Complimentary Cake Cutting
• Staging for Head Table or Band
• 8:00 am Room Access the day of the wedding for decorating
• Midnight End time
• Referral to Professional Wedding Decorator, Cheryl Wayne from Party Solutions
If your event includes a bar, we have a drink minimum of $75/hour/bar, averaged throughout the night. We will cater your event and will provide menus upon request. You are allowed to bring in your own cake and decorations – we ask that there be no confetti, glitter, or rose petals in our rooms as they are very difficult to clean up.
